At Ruheflora, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium quality perfumes with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy to make things right.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item is in resalable condition with no damage or alteration.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or opened perfumes.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a promotional offer (unless defective).

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit (based on your preference).

Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fee: PKR 250

  • Free Delivery on orders above PKR 4000

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).
